First Presbyterian is an open and affirming congregation of grace and welcome where we celebrate God’s unconditional love through joyous worship, authentic relationships, and loving outreach. First Pres is participating in the annual Hunger Walk/Run in Atlanta. We will enjoy a quick lunch together and then carpool to Atlanta to begin our walk at 2:00pm. Sign-ups are available in the Narthex and the Welcome Center.
The Prayer Shawl Ministry creates beautiful knitted or crocheted blankets for recipients recovering from illness or surgery, as well as for babies who are baptized. Please join us on Mondays from 10:00-12:00 at the church- all levels of experience are welcome!
